Live With Confidence.

I From White Belt to Mentor

My journey began with struggle — speech delays, school setbacks, and a back injury that nearly broke me. But on the mats of Rio, I found discipline, healing, and purpose. Today, I train daily and teach the skills that rebuilt my body and mind to thousands worldwide.

Train In-Person or Online

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away, there's a place for you here.

In Doral and Fort Lauderdale, we’ve built two schools rooted in the true spirit of Jiu-Jitsu — structured, supportive, and open to all ages and backgrounds. Each location has its own rhythm, but one mission: transforming lives through the art.

JIUJITSUOS, our online training system, brings that precision, clarity and a strong philosophy to your screen — with structured lessons, mindset coaching, and a global community walking the path with you.

Or go all-in with Rio Sports Tour, and experience Jiu-Jitsu where it all began.

This isn’t just training. It’s transformation.

“Professor Francis has built a powerful bond with our son — one rooted in trust, discipline, and joy. What started as a way to build confidence has become a life-changing journey for our whole family. We’re deeply grateful.””
